2. Hosting and server log files

This website is operated and delivered via Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., San Francisco, USA). When you access the pages, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type) is processed in order to provide the website securely, quickly and reliably and to protect it against attacks. This data may also be processed on servers outside the EU and the United Arab Emirates.

3. Contact form, white paper and book notification

When you write to us via a form, download the white paper or sign up for a notification about the book, we process the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, company, topic) in order to answer your enquiry or send you the requested content.

The forms are forwarded to our mailbox via the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co). Your details are transmitted to this service’s servers in the process. You can unsubscribe from notifications at any time by sending us a short message.

4. Font

This website uses the “Manrope” font. It is hosted locally on our server. No connection to Google or any other font provider is made when you visit the page.

5. Images

The images on this website are loaded from our own web space. No connection to third-party image services takes place.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies for advertising or analytics purposes and does not use any analytics or tracking tools. Cloudflare may set technically necessary cookies to protect against misuse.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to object and to data portability. You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, simply contact hello@vela-growth.com.
